Lawyer and Master of Economics. Founder and executive director of Impacta Advocacy, director of the Advocacy Hub and director of the Pacto pelo Esporte. Member of the Steering Committee of the Rating Integra – Instituto Ethos, the Advisory Council of the Instituto Península and the Advocacy Council of the Grupo Mulheres pelo Brasil. She was a lawyer at Felsberg & Associados, worked in the public policy area of Fundação Abrinq, worked at São Paulo City Council and as a director of Escola de Governo. In addition, she was executive director of the advocacy NGO Atletas pelo Brasil for 10 years and worked as deputy secretary for sports and leisure in the City of São Paulo. She won the Emerging Leader title of the US State Department's Global Sports Mentoring Program 2013, a program created by former secretary of state Hillary Clinton. She is the author of the book: “Advocacy: como a sociedade pode influenciar os rumos do Brasil” (“Advocacy: how society can influence the direction of Brazil”) and guest co-author of the book “48 visões sobre a Corrupção” (“48 visions on Corruption”), among other publications.
Social investor. She studied International Business at Florida International University in Miami. Cintia was a partner in a supply industry connected with health care and an entrepreneur in the fashion field. Over the years, she delved deeply into studies of her own choosing on the history of religion and psychology. Cintia is a partner at Impacta Advocacy and brings her expertise in business management, her business vision and her passion for social and environmental issues.
Project Director and Partner at Impacta Advocacy, she is a lawyer, with a Masters Degree in Politics and International Relations at the Royal Holloway University of London, did graduate work in the Masters in Leadership and Public Management programs at CLP-Singularidades, with an international course module at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. She has been working in the area of Advocacy for 10 years, having worked for NGOs in Brazil and abroad.
He holds a Masters Degree in Political Action and Institutional Strengthening through UFV Madrid, and became a specialist in International Relations at UnB. He is currently an Advocacy Assistant at Impacta Advocacy and a member of the Vetor Brasil and Global Shapers networks. He was a public servant and worked in Brasília for six years, where he worked in international organizations and was a columnist for the newspaper Congresso em Foco.
With a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations (IRI/USP), she is a researcher on the Impacta Advocacy Project team. She worked as a government relations consultant on strategic consulting projects, political analysis, subnational monitoring and public policy monitoring in the areas of technology, education and infrastructure. She has experience as a volunteer in social projects linked to the themes of human rights, immigration and refuge in Brazil.

Founded in 2005 by the famous creative director Percival Caropreso, Setor 2 ½'s mission is to bring sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility to brands, uniting the private sector with the third sector. Percival monitors and guides the strategies created by Impacta so that they are effective both for companies and the world.
